Service Overview: This is a full 60 minute massage session What May Be Included in These Sessions? 💛 Healing Touch & Massage Therapy – Increases circulation, eases stiffness, and brings relaxation & emotional connection. 💛 Acupressure (if requested)– Targets energy points to promote calm, digestive balance, and immune function. 💛 Stretches/Range of Motion &/Or Strengthening/Proprioceptive Exercises to ensure healthy nerve communication with muscles as well as flexibility. 💛 Neurovascular Release (NVR) of Vagus nerve, sciatica, obturator or femoral for nerve entrapment/impingement typical in advanced arthritis, IVDD, OCD, and stenosis. 💛 Craniosacral Therapy (CST) to improve posture and release tension with specific holds.
