Service Overview: This is a great targeted 30 minute massage session or targeted follow up session from a full Rehabilitative Massage Session. This is great for all dogs who need a quick trigger point release, relaxation of a targeted area on the body or support with vet-prescribed stretches, range of motion or muscle strengthening exercises. For seniors who still require rehabilitative massage, it is highly recommended to do 2 x 30 min. sessions ideally within 10 days rather than 1 full session due to hyper-nerve sensitivity. This is also a great quick relaxation massage for all ages using primarily Swedish techniques or a full rehab sessions split into two sessions. Again, Soul Paws is here for your dog's unique needs and will support your goals to ensure your dog's health and vitality. You are welcome to watch, or do your own thing while the session happens. Quiet & calm environment is needed for optimal results. Dogs receiving these sessions donโt just feel physically betterโthey feel happier, deeply comforted, and emotionally nurtured. Cancellation Policy
Booking Services โข All booked bodywork (rehab or preventative Swedish Massage, Neurovascular Release, Craniosacral Therapy, walking and pet sitting services are due no later than the day of service scheduled. e-Transfer is the preferred payment method and a free Soul Paws package of treats will be offered as an extra thank you! โข All 5, 10 or 20 packages are discounted and requested available time slots are reserved for the duration of the package commencing on the first day of service. Payment for package deals are required no later than 24 hours prior to the first scheduled session in the package. Cancellation/Change Requests & Refunds โข Provide 24 hours' notice for cancellation of bodywork or dog walking sessions. Rebooking of sessions will be based upon availability of your preferred time slot(s). Payment is required at or prior to the service provided for non-package sessions. โข For pet sitting cancellations, please provide a minimum of 48 hoursโ notice for a 100% refund. Payment is required no later than 48 hours prior to the date of pet sitting services. Soul Paws understands that unforeseen circumstances can impede planned events, and therefore will do everything reasonable to accommodate any change requests. Soul Paws reserves the right to retain $95 (the first day) of a last minute (less than 24hrs) cancelled 7-day pet sitting booking.
