Service Description
Soul Paws Pup Vacay™ is premium 24-hour, in-home care created for dogs who feel happiest in their own bed, neighbourhood and familiar routine. Each booking covers one 24-hour care period—from the agreed arrival time to the same time the following day. It is not continuous 24-hour presence: a typical day includes approximately 4–6 total hours away from the home for appointments and essential errands. Walks, adventures and care routines are thoughtfully arranged before and after this daytime window. An Enhanced Presence add-on is available for dogs requiring a shorter planned absence. Every Pup Vacay is personalized around your dog’s age, energy, mobility, preferences and established household patterns. Core care includes meals, supplements and medications as instructed; appropriate walks and movement; purposeful mental enrichment; affection and companionship; photo or video updates; bedtime routines; and attentive home stewardship, including doors, gates, lights, plants and packages as arranged. Each 24-hour stay also includes a dedicated 30-minute Settle + Reset™ session using consent-led calming touch, TTouch, NVR and calming effleurage. This intentional down-regulation period helps your dog transition from activity into comfortable rest. It is part of the Soul Paws care standard and cannot be removed or exchanged for a lower rate. Premium enhancements may include an Adventure Pack™, Private Forest Walk, Strength + Stability training, Move + Massage™, additional Settle + Reset care, extended 90-minute MLD and bodywork, or Enhanced Presence. Cancellation Policy
Soul Paws offers a complimentary phone consultation or chat for new & prospective clients. This consultation is designed to help our practitioner learn about your dog's history and current condition and your goals. Based on that, our Practitioner will help advise on the best next step for your dog. Prior to the phone or Zoom call, Soul Paws may send you a quick checklist to complete so we can better understand your pet's current age and health snapshot as well as your wellness goals for your dog. Depending on your reason(s) for contacting Soul Paws, one of the following services may be recommended: a 75-Min First Visit & Bodywork session, a 75-Min First Visit, Strength + Stability session, or a 90-Min Full Comprehensive Assessment. We may also review what to expect during a First session and we will send you a helpful "How to Prepare for Your Dog's First Soul Paws Session?" and of course answer any questions you have for us. During the call we will discuss your dog's age, breed(s) if known, exercises and routine lifestyle, health history as well as the role of preventative and rehabilitation strengthening, stability and multimodal bodywork to support current and ongoing mobility and well-being. Please note that this consultation is informational in nature and does not replace a hands-on assessment or veterinary care. Cancellations & Rebooking: If you need to cancel or rebook your phone consultation, same day notice is absolutely okay. However, repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the complimentary consultation being forfeited, and may require booking a pre-paid First Assessment instead. This policy helps ensure availability for all clients and allows me to offer this service fairly and sustainably.
