One-To-One Guidance For You and Your Dog
Private Coaching
Learn practical skills that support your dog’s movement, confidence and everyday safety. I coach you through strengthening, balance, body awareness, mobility and suitable agility foundations—as well as everyday skills such as loose-leash walking, “leave it” and settling.

Sessions meet you both where you are. You can start here, or use coaching to continue skills your dog has already been learning with me in Strength + Stability.

What Would You Like to Work On?
Prefer to learn exercises you can practise with your own dog? Private Coaching provides individualized instruction in strengthening, balance, proprioception, mobility and stretching - with guidance on setup, form, progression and modification.

Movement + Body Awareness
Learn exercise setup, clear cues, reward placement and how to recognize an appropriate challenge. We can work on strengthening, balance, proprioception—your dog’s awareness of where their body is—mobility and comfortable stretching when appropriate.

Everyday Skills + Safer Routines
Practise loose-leash walking, check-ins, “leave it,” “drop,” settling and calm passing at a manageable distance as well as learning all the how to's related to supporting your dog's joints and helping prevent the common errors that can trigger early-onset arthritis.
The aim is clearer communication and practical habits you can use at home and out on walks.
Agility Foundations + Confidence
Explore targets, low step-overs, controlled turns and simple obstacle sequences suited to your dog. The focus is thoughtful movement and enjoyment, not speed, high jumps or competitive performance.

Choose a Useful Starting Point
We discuss your goals, your dog’s experience and comfort, and the space or equipment available. If we are supporting a rehabilitation plan, we work within your veterinary team’s recommendations.

See it, Practice it & Understand it
I demonstrate the skill, then coach you while you practise with your dog. We work on timing, setup and small adjustments so the exercise makes sense to both of you.
Take Home a Manageable Plan
Leave with a small set of agreed skills, the cues and setup we used, and guidance on when to simplify, pause or ask for help. You do not need a perfect performance—or a house full of equipment.

Continuing After Direct Training
Support That Respects Your Dog
If your dog has been learning with me, a handover session lets you practise those same skills together. I explain the cues, rewards and setup, then help your dog respond with you. Learning with one person is a starting point; using the skill with another person and in another setting reinforces and solidifies new skills.
