Service Description
Settle + Reset™ is a gentle, consent-led regulation session designed to help your dog transition from activity, excitement or everyday stimulation into a calmer state of rest. This focused 30-minute session thoughtfully combines calming touch, TTouch-inspired techniques, NVR and slow, soothing effleurage. Every session is adapted to the dog in front of me—honouring their comfort, communication, boundaries and willingness to participate. Settle + Reset may be especially supportive for: • Busy dogs who find it difficult to switch off • Dogs who benefit from a calming transition after exercise or enrichment • Sensitive, easily overstimulated or routine-oriented dogs • Senior dogs who appreciate quiet, unhurried attention • Dogs preparing to rest after an active day • Guardians wanting to introduce their dog to gentle Soul Paws bodywork This is not simply a shorter massage. Settle + Reset™ is an intentional down-regulation experience centred on safety, connection and comfortable rest. It does not replace veterinary care, diagnose conditions or provide a therapeutic treatment. Available as a standalone Soul Paws service either directly on your dog or Private Coaching so you can perform these parasympathetic support and calming techniques. It is a thoughtful enhancement to eligible services, or a special inclusion with select Soul Paws packages. Thirty quiet minutes. One calmer transition. A softer landing for the day.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Services • All booked MOVE+MASSAGE and MASSAGE+BODYWORK bodywork services are due no later than the day of service scheduled OR when the invoice is sent. Bank or e-Transfer is the preferred payment method. Soul Paws has automatic deposit. Simply send payment via your bank to erin@soulpawsmassage.com • All clients with pre-paid subscriptions and packages have priority scheduling over individually booked sessions to ensure continuity for you and your dog. Your available time slot will remain reserved for the duration of the package commencing on the first day of service. Payment for package deals are required no later than 24 hours prior to the first scheduled session in the package. Cancellation/Change Requests & Refunds • Provide 24 hours' notice for cancellation of bodywork or dog walking sessions. Advanced pre-booking of session times will be based upon availability of your preferred time slot. Payment is required at or prior to the service provided for non-package sessions. • For pet sitting cancellations, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for a 100% refund. Payment is required no later than 48 hours prior to the date of pet sitting services. Soul Paws understands that unforeseen circumstances can impede planned events, and therefore will do everything reasonable to accommodate any change requests. Soul Paws reserves the right to retain $95 (the first day) of a last minute (less than 24hrs) cancelled 7-day pet sitting booking.
